I am proud to announce the AZRATPack received the AMA’s 2019 Recreational Road Riding Organizer of the Year award last night at the AMA’s Champions Banquet last night in Columbus, Ohio. Board members, Rodney “El Chino Loco” Chew and Stephen Stoops were there representing the club to receive this prestigious award in person.
It was fitting that while we were receiving our award yesterday, El Vice Presidente and I were riding home in the rain from putting on our Lake Havasu Ride. Kudos go out to Dagame (DJ), Steve, Alan (AK), Rodney and Todd for the hard work along with special thanks to Brian and Madison from GO AZ for the support! Thanks go out to our additional sponsors, Spooky Fast Customs and Law Tigers.
Though this award celebrates the club’s organizers, I would like to congratulate the membership also for being such damn good people and for making it a pleasure for us to put the effort in!
The award should be on display at our Annual Holiday Party & Awards Banquet on December 26th at 7:00 PM at Oregano’s in Old Town Scottsdale. Make sure to get a selfie with it!
