Sicilian Butcher, Peoria, AZ
Finally! It wasn’t blistering hot by the time I had to leave for my 15 mile ride to dinner tonight! The ride home was extremely pleasant too! This is the time of year that reminds me of why I moved to Arizona!
Tonight’s dinner was at the recently opened Sicilian Butcher at Park West in Peoria. We had a smallish group of 8 tonight but as always was nice to catch up with the usual suspects and a couple of faces we haven’t seen in a while. The food was very good, fairly typical Italian food but with a Sicilian twist to it. Surprisingly, the restaurant was pretty busy for a Tuesday night. They must be doing something right!
What more could you ask for; nice weather, good food, great conversation and excellent company! Looking forward to seeing everyone on Route 66, get your kicks!
