Continue reading “20th Anniversary Plans!”We had a lot to talk about at last night’s meeting of the AZRATPack’s Board of Directors. The conditions in which we cancelled the Rt 66 Tour along with most of our schedule this year have not changed. Face coverings, group size limitations and social distancing regulations/ordinances are still in place.
Due to the difficulty of holding events in the spirit in which we feel represents our club, fun, tight knit, entertaining and safe, we feel it is best to cancel the remaining scheduled events for the year. The affected events are the Alien Abduction Grand Tour scheduled for October and the Ajo Ride scheduled for November.
On a more positive and optimistic note, we have come up with a flexible plan for 2021.

Continue reading “Coronavirus, April Events, WTF”What a beautiful day for a ride! I started the morning getting the VFR out of the garage for some much needed exercise! I rolled up the 303 to I-17 North for a quick one exit romp and then off on Carefree Highway.
As I approached Harold’s, I saw that there were a lot of bikes parked up front. Low and behold a large group of us had gotten there early and were all bench racing in the parking lot as we waited for Harold’s to open up at 8.

There was an excellent turnout with some 25 people showing up for breakfast. The restaurant accommodated us by putting us all back in one section towards the back of the restaurant.
