The AZRATPack was back at the Bisbee Breakfast Club in Mesa. The original Breakfast Club opened in 2005 in the Lowell area of Bisbee, AZ. The RATPACK made it a point to visit the Breakfast Club whenever we were in Bisbee. Now there are 6 breakfast clubs spread out between Tucson and the Phoenix area

Normally, I probably would have slept in, but since the chair of this event, Dean is off to the SCMA gathering in Rocky Point with a few others, I stepped up to be the point person for this morning’s breakfast. It was a cold morning heading out to Lake Saguaro for the AZRATPack March Breakfast. At Mt Ord the snowflake was blinking on my dash, it was 36 degrees. The BUSH Hiway is always a beautiful ride. With fewer cars on the road it was a great chance to take in the scenery.

This morning’s ride to Saguaro Lake started for me in Buckeye with temps in the mid 70’s. I was very excited to take the Honda across town because of the great weather! I wasn’t disappointed! I left my garage at about 7:00 AM for the 65 mile trek across town. I wasn’t in a real rush because I had gotten a report that the Lakeshore Restaurant opened at 9, not at our breakfast meet time of 8.
